Disgusting

Today at about 14:15pm I went to TEXIES fisheries on grand parade ( the one facing Darling street) in Cape Town CBD. I ordered 2 hake and chip rolls by an female assist. Little did I know that she would actually use her bare hands to cut open the rolls and prepare my food. I watched her as she did this and afterwards she told me what my total came to, as I was about to pay I noticed that she operates the cash/till aswell. This is totally unacceptable not to mention disgusting!!! I questioned this matter and I was told that this is what they do. She then called her male colleague to explain to me as I asked why is ot that they do not use disposable cloves but I was told that they cant change cloves all the time. There weren't even a hand sanitizer or anything. I am totally disappointed and will never go there again! Because after I cancelled I was told \Yes just leave it and go"so is it wrong to voice my say??? """
