Wasn't the experience you expected
The food is average milkshakes were good and so were the mocktails the waiting time was very bad everyone's food arrived for their meal and mine arrived only 20 minutes after they finished eating it was 1 slice of pizza we had already waited 45 mins for the other meals which were 3 burger meals and a chicken and waffles. The staff are very busy and very deurmekaar management isn't managing anything really and the kitchen seems lost no direction just putting random dishes together. Unfortunately I noticed that the people ordering takeaways waiting up to an hour. This has to be looked at and reassessed. It's not working as well as it could be space is very limited and parking is a nightmare the area is questionable at best. I think overall great concept could be game changer focus on the theme properly and the music the uniform it's close but not where it needs to be.

Poor Customer Service
Pathetic service from the Glen Ashley branch. A young obnoxious indian female who is supposedly the host has no people's skills at all. She walked past a million times, ignoring the call for assistance. However, a male was her priority. All he needed to do was clap his hands, and she immediately attended to every beck and call of his. It is absolutely disgusting, and this is not the first instance of poor customer service from this branch. However, when influencers are present then there is world-class service. I had to go to get my own bill , then I had to go to get my own takeaway box. They might as well asked me to make my own meal as well.

Exceptional service from Texan American Witbank!
Texas American Witbank Great service, food and experience. We really enjoyed every second! The waiter, manager and staff of this establishment need 5 stars! Food was prepared fast and o wow... It was by far the best I ever had! Only problem was the bathroom is on the other side of the centre! But it was by far worth taking the walk. They will definitely see us again! Thank you Texan American Witbank!

Texas American Witbank Great service, food and experience. We really enjoyed every second! The waiter, manager and staff of this establishment need 5 stars! Food was prepared fast and o wow... It was by far the best I ever had! Only problem was the bathroom is on the other side of the centre! But it was by far worth taking the walk. They will definitely see us again! Witvank Branch pathetic
The Branch at Emalahleni(witbank) is not worth going too ..We waited 45minutes just for milkshake ,only to hear the flavour that was on their menu (black forest) they dont have ..,And then when we wanted to order pizza on their menu ,the waiter told us ,they dont have pizza ,because they dont have a pizza chef?????? The branch just open ,and their was not even 6 people inside ..This branch going to close in one month ..because its a disgrace how its operate ..Dont waste your time and money there
