Underwhelmed and disappointed

Very underwhelmed. Stopped in for dinner after the theatre and ordered the sliced sirloin with coriander sauce and another at our table had a brownie. The meat came to the table rather quickly (clearly not freshly grilled) and it was cold. So how long had it been standing ??? The brownie that came had the ice cream all melted so that too was just standing and served to us. Taste was decent but the quality of the cold, not fresh food was aweful.
