The salesman emailed back and although I 'knew better' I paid R3750 for an xbox + 3 games + controllers. he money paid included postage and shipping. I was horrified to receive a mail shortly afterwards from the 'shipping agents' requesting payment of over R2000 for shipping and insurance. Now we are jumping from a negotiated price to this new price. All communications to either discuss or resolve this matter have been unsuccessful. They want me to use their shipping agent. They refuse to consider a refund.

They have a great website. Communicate with email and phone but once you pay the initial costs they come up with additional costs. Refer tevselectronics.co.za
