The salesman emailed back and although I 'knew better' I paid R3750 for an xbox + 3 games + controllers.</p> <p><br />The money paid included postage and shipping. I was horrified to receive a mail shortly afterwards from the 'shipping agents' requesting payment of over R2000 for shipping and insurance. Now we are jumping from a negotiated price to this new price.</p> <p><br />All communications to either discuss or resolve this matter have been unsuccessful. They want me to use their shipping agent. They refuse to consider a refund.</p> <p><br />Basically I have no recourse and even if I could afford the R2000 I am sure i am throwing money in a pit.</p> <p><br />They have a great website. Communicate with email and phone but once you pay the initial costs they come up with additional costs.
