Unpaid Funds

My daughter acquired a bursary with TETA last year . Only a portion of the initial bursary was paid for 2015. <br> <br> She was told that due to back lock the remainder will be deposited late last year , to date nothing has been done and whenever she calls to follow up on the payment she is told the transaction will happen in two weeks time since last year December.<br> <br> Can someone please follow up on the matter and give feedback in terms of when and who will process that payment.<br> <br>
