Unauthorised debit

This company offered to deliver a free bottle of testo-extreme what theye did they charge you for delivery. Before I received what was offered they debited my account the amount of R400 which I immediately told them to refund unsuccessfully. They responded by saying they will check with their distribution centre and if there was no delivery they will refund me, they have not contacted me ever since.
