Testo - Poor service

Extremely poor service. Took about a month to calibrate our flue gas analyzer which could have been done in a day or two. Experienced delays from quote stage, then additional parts quoted on which were not actually required, it appeared to me that they were trying to upsell. This caused even more delays. Then finally they had to package our equipment for courier. This time they placed it in a much bigger box which costs us three (3) times the price for courier than what it cost us to send it to them.
