Testaro/Dr Tait & Associates misleading online info

I visited Testaro Centurion site 25th November 2021 just after 0900hrs. I took my laptop with hoping to work while I wait the advertised 3hrs for results. After an argument about conflicting pricing and turnaround info provided online, I paid R1200 for "expedited" PCR test with assurance that results would come under 10hrs in time for an early flight 26th. Needless to say I anxiously waited late into the night. Results came just before 2300hrs indicating that they were only attended to at the lab 1hr after sample was taken, so they had to wait for other samples. I also received someone else's results and thinking they may also be just as anxious , forwarded to client email provided. Given the ultimate turnaround time, I could have still used my regular lab for much less (R850) the info from testaro was obviously deliberately misleading. Then, I received an invoice on email for the standard R850, which I believe is what I should ideally have been charged considering there wasn't really anything expedited. It's an unfortunate shame that some businesses jump for ruthless self gain even in situations that aren't necessary . Now I can't possibly claim for reimbur*****t from my insurance because the invoice contradicts the proof of payment and known standard regular cost of PCR test. I urge others to learn from my experience , be alert and not be misled by **** service provider online promises .
