SHOCKING SERVICE

I cannot believe how shocking Testaro service has been.

You promise a 24 hour turn around time yet I was tested over 24 hours ago and no results yet.

I have sent a message on WhatsApp (no response - even though your website recommends that you use WhatsApp for "urgent" assistance).

I called both numbers to try get results. My call was eventually answered and I was told to hold while the lady checked for my results. After 5 minutes of holding, the call cut. So I called back and got through to the same person. She took my ID again and told me to hold while she looked for my results. The call cut again after another 5 mins of holding. I CALLED BACK. Explained that this was the third time I was trying to get my results telephonically. The lady told me to give her my cell number and she'd. All me back. An hour later and I am still waiting for a call. I have now tried calling back over 50 times and no answer. DISGUSTING that you can leave human being with so much anxiety.

I Will NEVER use Testaro again! Absolutely shocking service! Rather Use reputable labs - ie. Lancet, where they do not make you wait in anxiety for very important information.
