Service depends on staff members, some who wants to work and some who rides the gravy train...
I had a Covid test done at Testaro on William Nicol Drive on 3 June 2021. What a pleasant experience dealing with friendly staff. You had to pay there and then an was told that an invoice would be mailed to me for medical aid purposes. The same evening I received the results and the following day the mail followed from Batsheva at accounts department at Testaro which according to them can be submitted to the medical aid. After submitting this document to Discovery Health I received and email from Discovery stating that they will not pay for the test as the wrong procedure code was supp****. NOW, where is the problem.... with Testaro or Discovery Health. Was this the first test Testaro did for a Discovery Health member and they just don't know the correct codes or is Discovery Health the one who just don't want to take Covid-19 serious by looking after their members best interest during a pandemic? Where do you think the IQ problem lies? Why can't something not get done right the first time? Why must the consumer always complain first? Why do we have to accept poor customer service in an already poor country? I have mailed Testaro but no reply as now I guess I get ignored!?
