BAD admin from step 1!

Firstly our details were incorrectly recorded so we never received the results and had to phone around and correct the email address, I had to follow up numerous times for the invoice to submit to medical aid, the first time I called and gave them our lab number they said the name was incorrect - the name was then rectified, when I received the invoice it showed the amount was still outstanding and it was in a different persons name (no, not even the same as the other person who had the same lab number). It seems the illiterate people are running the admin, only hope that the tests are actually accurate and run by professionals!!
