King Price trying to make me a pauper: I cancelled my insurance with King Price on the 25/10/2020 because they quoted me a premium of R199 ad charged me R381 for the chilli policy. andthey insisted I install a tracking unit from Cartrack which never worked from the day it was installed. when I phoned them on the 28/10/2020 to find out why was the premium R381 for that month they said because I did not send them the mileage. when I stated that they insisted I install a tracking unit with cartrack and that cartrack was supposed to send in themilage to K.P the person I spoke to over the phone was very rude. that's when I canceled the policy. she said that she will get the retentions dept to call me to date I have not had any call from the retentions department but I keep getting sms's calls and emails from their collections department and every time I have to go through the whole procedure of explaining what the issue is and everytime I am told my issue will be escalated but no one call;s me back from retentions I have all the emails to and from them.
