Staff deserves flowers

I went to the Akasia Netcare Hospital branch on the 19th of March 2024 and my doctor advised that I needed to do a MRI. The MRI is done via the Tesla Radiological Services on site, a lady by the name of Erica was the one who was doing it. We share a name by the way, so we had something to bond over :-).

I am claustrophobic and Erica was such a darling and very patient and nice to me. She talked me through the process and tried to make me as comfortable as i can be. My fear took over and i could not do it but she was still so patient with me and suggested i get my sister to come in and hold my hand...although i must say that even with my sister there, my fear took over still.

But last resort she suggested that we wait for a doctor so that i can get a sedative. And it was over before i know it.

I just wanna say that i appreciate Erica and the service that she gave. I rate her 100 out of 100. Thank you so much.
