Worst Customer Service Ever

After me and my girlfriend had been asked for i.d to purchase alcohol we asked to speak to a manager as on numerous occasions only 1 of us needed I.d. I totally understand the policy but needs to be rolled out to all staff. The manager came and said to checkout girl just serve me and my girlfriend so totally went against her member of staff. The checkout girl carried on serving us with an appalling attitude and aggrisvly handing us the receipt, again we asked to speak to the manager who then would not listen to us and continously accused me of balling and shouting even though it was in my best interest to be quiet as I had no i.d, I never raised my voice once and the manager would not listen to our complaint, I asked for head office contact details which the manager again with attitude said she would get but did not return. I went on got details myself from manager and let her know her attitude towards customers was appalling and she then said \who is going to apologise for your attitude"I found this totally insulting and the worst customer service I have ever received """
