Car Insurance ****

Terrible.

I had a not at fault accident and followed the instructions of my insurance provider (Tesco). This has left me with court letters and Tesco are refusing to take ownership although I did exactly what I was instructed to do.

They hung up the phone to me when I wanted to escalate the call to manager.

I can't get too much into detail about my situation but I will never recommend going through Tesco Bank for insurance as they have caused massive amounts of stress and have been extremely unhelpful.
