Anistemi Retirement Village

I have paid for a house to be built in Anistemi Retirement Village in Klerksdorp. Building started on 18th August 2017 and according to the contract the house should have been ready for occupation 3 months later i.e 18th November 2017. On 1st September 2017 the walls were completed but then all work ceased. All my complaints were met with empty promises and lies from either Mr Willem Koegelenberg the builder, or Mr Hano Oberholzer, his representative. Both these men are dishonest and *****. Several other people to whom I have spoken have similar complaints.
