Very very very bad management!!!!

Autowash Hillfox is a car wash business. About a month ago I wrote a negative review on this place regarding headlight refurbishment done badly (refurbishment issue was resolved), but there car washes are quite good and done well.

Upon returning for a car wash the manager Shaun informed me that the business was under new management and because of this online review (Google review) they do not need my business anymore. Despite I have been there for a wash at least twice of the review was made.

At this point I asked for the owner and got told with a attitude that HE WAS THE BOSS. at this point before leaving I commented that the world will hear what happened today and got a thumbs up from him.

I found and contacted the owner Emo and that I do appreciate him taking the call on a Sunday afternoon and he resolved the matter, but sorry to say it was to late for apologies. I was already embarrassed to how I was treated in front of other people at the car wash.

This whole matter snow balled that Emo used bad language to family friend whom is a woman on the telephone regarding this matter, and in a complaint on there website refer to in email he does not need our business and laughed at this matter.

This behavior is not on towards a customer and shows that they can not take criticism. The attitude of the owner Emo and manager Shaun is unacceptable and the bad language toward a woman is disgusting.

I have also noticed that they changed there name on 'google' from Autowash to Tertis Autowash, so all the other bad reviews including mine are gone.

I will never recommend this place again just because of the management. P.S. the owner of the car wash is also the franchise owner.
