18 months in Workshop, couldnt fix.

After my old Landcruiser (1986))went in for a vague steering problem and a service, they couldnt diagnose why the vehicle couldn’t start after 8 months. After an expensive and unnecessary diesel pump repair, it was said its an electric problem, but the two auto electricians who Terrys AC asked to help couldnt fix it. Diesel pump sent away again, no problem. Note that the vehicle hasnt been taken in for a diesel pump or related problem), I then took it away on a low bed (after 18 months), to another workshop, their Auto Electrician soon found the problem and after two weeks everything is now up and running. But I havent received any bill, or follow up, so I assume at least they wont charge me anything more.( I have paid for Diesel pump unneccessary repair). Have treated me friendly and with respect, but thats not helping to repair the car. This was my second unsatisfactory experience with them( which I didnt report as I have decided after an apology to give them another chance). Needless to say I wont take any of my old Landcruisers to them again. They are apparently however a good workshop with many satisfied customers, probably with other Toyots’s of a newer generation.
