No stars today!!! I have called Terry's since November when they accepted my vehicle for repairs after the engine overheated 25 times - my husband 8 times. I have personally visted them when I could 3x and my husband 2x or so.

To date the gate keeper receiptionist Jill of all trades - has made the following promises that has not been kept.

- I am the owner you can talk to me. (Not the owner honey I can check that online) - I will call you back tomorrow x3 (Never called back) - your car will be ready by x date - Twice, first is over 2.5 months ago!!!!! - it is our fault we sent the engine away again --- lies lies lies!

Why - well don't quite know but getting the idea they rather don't want my car there and would rather keep it is lien of services rendered since they obviously don't care that they make empty promises and rather NOT tell you the truth...what ever that may be...

Here is the issues 1) I have to pay the cars' license annually although it is not a code 2 now 2) I have to pay insurance every month 3) My daughter can't get a job she is without a car 4) i bought another car as I need to work! in JHB and they promised it would be fixed and it was NOT.

Well why would they care...it is just a someone's car and they clearly only do bikes and any hope I had that they are actually truthful stopped today when I was handled again by the receptionist who thinks it is 100% okay to lie or maybe it is because I am just a lady and so what! ,, tomorrow is another day so what!,,, She is not upset she is just having a bad day..

Well I have news for you I am NOT HAPPY I am disgusted with your level of service...what service. You have no integrity what so ever!

I will go open a case of ***** now ! you clearly have no intent of fixing a car and you MUST have some other agenda as you can't show me the alleged emails./escalations/job cards etc.
