Do not ruin your hair - stay away

Hair stylist Vanessa was not friendly or helpful, she left dye on my mums hair and did not even check up until after an hour. She did not consult to give her the proper advice on which style would look good on her hair. After all was done, not even 5 minutes was spent to cut her hair...the dye was still on her hairline and her hair was not cut well. I'm not impressed and will not come back or refer this branch to anyone.

The sad part is that I wanted to treat my mum with a good quality experience to make her feel beautiful and appreciated because growing up she could never afford a cut at a prestigious salon. Yet, the Staff treated her in such a whatever way.

Its really disappointing.
