Disgusting Service and Poor Advice

I went into to Terry Scott to have my hair colored. The usual consultants were not available so Lashane attended to me. I waited more than 30mins before he saw to me, despite me having an appointment. <br> <br> When he eventually did see to me, my color was app**** by an assistant. R900 and approximately 3 hours later I left. A week later I noticed that the color was washing out or probably not app**** properly in the first place. <br> <br> I went in to see Lashane and he told me that there is nothing I can do about it. Because of my hair type, I will have to color my hair every 2 weeks! I have colored my hair before and have never heard such utter nonsense. <br> <br> Needless to say, I went to see an actual professional who advised me that I was given poor advice. He also confirmed that the hair color was not properly app****. <br> <br> The poor service and terrible advice is enough for me to never set foot in Terry Scott's salon again. If I was Terry and had my name on the salon, I would be very wary of my ambassadors. One bad incident like this, can ruin your years of branding that you built up.
