Shoddy workmanship and breach of contract

I contracted Terrence Wannenburg Plumbing to install a new toilet in December 2015. A few days after installing the toilet, I experienced problems with the flushing mechanism and contacted him. He did a bad \McGyver"job by adding a makeshift weight at the end of the flushing arm secured by electrical tape and used electrical wire to connect the arm to the flushing mechanism. It only worked for a few days so I contacted him again and he assured me that he would fix it. I did not hear from him so contacted him multiple times to replace the flushing mechanism. He did not bother to take my calls nor respond to my messages.
