Facebook Market Place Battery ****

I purchased a pair of new 12v batteries through a guy by the name of Terrence Gibbon, re Facebook Market Place PE, and needless to say these batteries turned out to be duds, they do not hold a charge for long. I raised this issue with MR Gibbon and he said that it was past the warrantee phase of one month, even though I purchased the batteries on the 16 January 2023, and raised concerns with him on the 09th February 2023. Despite many phone calls and texting Mr Gibbons ignores any and all communication avenues, and refuses to replace the batteries or take them back and offer a refund. I will now be forced to report him to the consumer protection board for further ruling on the matter. Be sure to never, ever buy anything whether new or second hand from Terrence Gibbons, you will be ****med and you will loose your money.
