Yet to Receive Product or Communication

Placed order and paid in full on 27 Nov. Have had absolutely no communication since. Have sent follow up emails and What's app but have had no response at all. Feeling slightly concerned at this stage. Have seen reviews where there's ordered in December and have already received theirs.
