Worst service and product
Worse service than leatherman and they brag about their good service Its n flippen joke I tried to contact them and they just dont reply when you try to talk to them
I am going back to the overseas brands This company is a freaking joke
Wish i could give them a 0stars

When they made contact they explained to me that the customer service person were in the hospital and they were sorry that is took so long to reply.
I am grateful that they replaced my multi tool and would use them again and recomend them to anyone.
