Terrible after sales support

The multitool worked fine initially. I then had a problem and contacted the company for a warranty claim. First contact attempt was 19 December 2025. No communication received from the company. After several emails I finally received correspondence on the 15th of January 2026 confirming my initial order number. After confirming it no answer from them. 4 days later I asked again for feedback. Finally received shipping details and a commitment to replace the product once they received it. The product was delivered (I received confirmation from the shipping company) I have now sent an email to Terratac everyday for a week asking for feedback and have received nothing. The service support from this company is terrible. If I knew this I would have never bought this product.
