Terratac multitools
Good day, This is the first time I have ordered from Terratac, and I have only ever heard great things about your service. My order confirmation was received on 17 November 2025, and on 20 November I received the following message via WhatsApp: “Good day, Thank you for getting in touch with us. Please kindly note that your order has been placed on PRE-SALE, as stated on your invoice. Your order is scheduled to be shipped from 21/11/2025 onwards, however, dates are subject to change. Have a great day! Regards, Nika.” I understand that you may be busy, but it is important to keep in touch with your clients. The order is for two Terratac multitools, which are gifts. After several attempts to reach you without success, I am now reconsidering future orders. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received and with the delay in delivery. This order was meant to be a birthday gift, and it is now two weeks late. I expected better communication and follow-up. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I would appreciate an urgent update on the status of my order.

Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologise for the frustration and lack of communication you’ve experienced. This is certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers, especially on your very first order with TerraTAC.
Your order was scheduled to ship from 21 November, as per the PRE-SALE notice on your invoice. Unfortunately, we encountered significant manufacturing and logistical delays which affected this batch of multitools and pushed back the dispatch dates. I completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially since these were intended as gifts.
Our next batch of TerraTAC multitools is arriving on 10 December, and based on your delivery location (Hartbee****rt), you can expect delivery around 16 December.
If the 16th of December is too late for your needs, we can absolutely offer you a full refund. Alternatively, if you will be away for the holidays, we can update your delivery address to wherever is most convenient for you.
Regarding the delay in our replies — our current turnaround time for queries is 1 to 2 business days due to extremely high volumes from Black Friday and Christmas orders. That said, you deserved better communication and follow-up, and I apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused.
