placed and order with no correspondence

I have placed an order on the 8th of December 2025 and I have not received any correspondence form them , I have phoned and send WhatsApp messages not responding i have send emails not coming back to me and now im really wondering if this place is legit !! im really scared now that i have paid and not getting any answer back !!!
