No response/ service

If there was no stars that will be my option. Trying to get hold of anyone at Terratac , no reply to email, whatsapp. Placed order 22 November, and since no feedback on delivery. Was send a tracking number but was cancelled same day. Start to think this could be a ****. I bought 4 as thank you gives for my clients as year end thank you, and puts me in a bad light and will have a negative reflection on my business. Very disappointed in the brand and won’t recommend them. Rather stick to leatherman and get service.
