No product or communication
For those thinking of purchasing from TerraTAC, be aware that this company does not respond to any queries. You will be left in the dark regarding your order.
Placed an order on 4 December and paid in full. Product has not arrived yet. I called and used WhatsApp to ask for progress. Calls went unanswered and WhatsApps are not being rep**** to, so NO communication from TerraTAC. I have also emailed, but that also goes unanswered. Also asked for progress by posting on TerraTAC's facebook page, but my comment was DELETED.
PLEASE GIVE ME AN UPDATE ON MY PAID FOR PRODUCT!! #TT11639
