Bought a product on promotion the multitool; somehow we managed to ***** up on our order and instead of doing it to receive the promotion on offer it reflected on their system as individual orders. Derick contacted Lulu, Customer Support and Marketing Manager; she was understanding and she made arrangements for us to get promotional offer.
