Buy this item if you want to experience high levels of frustration

I placed an order on the 3rd of December 2025. Paid in full via PayFast. Its been a total of 8 WORKING days and I have yet to receive either a message regarding delays, expected delivery or even just an update stating there is a problem but I shouldn't worry because I will still receive my order.

I saw a reply stating that stated:

"Your item was purchased on PRE-SALE, as shown on your invoice and order confirmation:

PRE-SALE: Buy today & get it by 15 Dec. (Item ships from Durban on 12th Dec – allow 3 days for towns & cities or 5 days for remote areas.)"

But today is the 15th and still nothing. No email, no whatsapp not even an sms and I don't see anywhere on my invoice it stating I bought a pre-sale item anyway.

Could someone please get back to me? This is getting quite annoying and very upsetting because now I'm worried that this might be a S C A M website and product.
