I’ve checked your order, and just to clarify — the fabric pouch you received was not sent in place of your leather pouch. Your leather pouch was already shipped and delivered on 27 October via The Courier Guy. Here are the delivery details:

I've jus checked the tracking and it seams the leather pouch was delivered on the 28th October.
It seems there may have been some confusion because the fabric pouch was included as an additional item, not a replacement.
My apologies as well for the delay in responding — we’ve been handling exceptionally high volumes due to Black Friday and the Christmas rush, though that’s no excuse for the inconvenience caused.
If you did not receive the leather pouch despite it showing as delivered, please let me know immediately so we can investigate further.
