We went to the car dealer Terra Trust to test drive a Renault Clio, we dealt with Reinho Joubert. We went back the next day with a deposit to secure the sale and test the car again we heard a noise and weren't so sure about it so we went back once again to test it and not even a hundred meters from their premises when the car broke down and had to be towed to a service centre. We did not want the car because it gave us a problem still in the test part and we only paid the deposit. The Very (helpful) Mr Reinho Joubert refused to pay our refund back and said he already paid the owner of the car the money. At this moment we don't have a working car or our money and its unacceptable. The owner that we don't know never dealt with him, wants to hold us liable for the broken car and it was just a test drive. REALLY NOT LEAVING IT THERE !!!!!
