Estate Agent that robs tenants around East London

Terra Realtors engaged in a lease agreement for a townhouse in East London, at The Beacon. First they required 2 months deposit. This amount of deposit was R10 400. During the exit of the tenant they inspected the place and never said anything or see anything wrong. Except the cupboard which was burnt by pot on top. They sent a quote for R6000 to fix the cupboard. Which we requested to fix it ourselves knowing it would not cost that much. They agreed. During inspection they complained about bad work. When I enquired about bad work, I was told it's the silicone that was missing btwn sink and wall. Which took 5 min to do. Agreement was to send invoice of silicone then the money released. At this point, a new point of contact was introduced. Where the whole argument had to start from scratch. After 4 months of exiting the flat. Currently this R10 400 deposit have not yet been paid since Dec 2014. 2nd tenant which we referred to them Mr. Felix Dube is experiencing the same thing. His deposit after us has never been paid until today. Terra Realtors are ******. Where tenants must now engage lawyers who needs to be paid in order to get their deposit back. This is bad way of doing business
