Unhappy customer

Good day all

Please can you kindly advise if anyone has ever received their deposit back from Rentalsdotcom or Tergro rentals??? Waiting for over 6 months now..no one responds ,we signed with Valerie and Lynne from Rentalsdotcom and now they tell me that they no longer work for Tergro Rentals and that i must speak to Mario Grobler that has no disappeared and not responding to our mails... I simply cannot understand whats going on with this Company, so I just want to know has anyone ever received their deposit back ,anyone that laid a complaint against these people??? Please help
