Over 2 months - Unpaid Rental deposit

I am waiting to be refunded my rental deposit from Mr Mario and it has been over 2 months now and I have still not gotten back my money , after chasing up rental.com and being told the funds sit with Tergro rentals. This is really unacceptable.
