Unsatisfied, very bad builders

They started to build a flat July 2020 for me. They said they will be done August 2020. Around 10 November 2020 they where not even half way done yet and keeps complaining about money and I already paid them 95% of all the quotes. I decided to remove them from the project. My plumbing had to be redone (slopes of draines was not correct, hot and cold water pipes had no spacing, crushed copper pipes, Non return valve not installed in geyser) and the walls they build are skew and already cracking. I paid them for new electical plugs, switches, wires and a DB board, they brought second hand off everything and a DB board that cannot be used. In my original plan there was cuboards and a washing machine outlet and they said this is extra work and wanted money for it. They threw dirt all accross the new garage to cover the plaster work not done at the bottom. They broke my garage doors and clogged my drain 3 times, cut my bore hole pype and threw concrete over it. They installed a aluminium sliding door and did not put a lintel on top, so the frame keeps bending and the door does not want to open. They stole rocks and shovels off my property. The garage they build are not sealed and have a lot of water damage. They left me with R75000 worth of damages on my property and the flat is still not done. Every day they just have a new excuse of why they are not done yet. I asked them to repair my Bore hole and garage doors In November 2020 and they send me a letter saying it will be fixed by 9 December 2020, it is sill not repaired. Never use these people
