Do not use Teresa Bean for jewellery

Do not use Teresa Bean to make your jewellery. I asked her to make jewellery based on what she had made for a colleague. The quote came in for R4k. The first one the middle part fell out completely. So she made another one... Another R4k and had to claim through insurance. A few days before receiving the second one, I found the middle part so now have 2 rings. Only problem is the the black onyx kept falling out of both. I asked her to fix it but she went awol. She told me she would come through to fix on the Wednesday. She was a no show and I only heard from her a week later. I told her not to bother. The middle part of one of the rings fell out again. But this time the actual ring (supposedly rose gold) crumbled on my finger. I contacted her saying I wanted my money back. She ignored me like a stop street. Not even an apology on the workmanship. A month later I messaged to say how disappointed I was that she couldn't even apologise and that I would no longer be a customer (and make sure that ppl know about her shocking service). She responded immediately. Instead if apologising she called me a ****. And that I can't wear the rings if I'm picking up kids or shopping bags. And that I'll need to prove that the conditions the ring broke didn't contravene her conditions of use. And she threatened legal action. So if you want great customer service and a legit service (she has no T&Cs on her invoices and I didn't sign anything) use Teresa Bean. The most unprofessional jeweller you'll meet who doesn't take ownership of her shoddy workmanship or customer service processes.
