Unsatisfactory outcome of Service paid for

This is for all the ladies out there thinking that the best rated and top dollar leaves you with excellent service ... not so. After months of research on the top hairdressing salons in Gauteng, I decided to go to Terenzo's in Dunkeld. R3500 and three sessions totaling almost 10 hours later, all I was left with was excessive damage to my hair. I came out exactly where I started with the same colour hair and no highlights to blend the ever so creeping in of the grey hairs which is why I went there in the first place.
