great customer service

Made a spa booking for the 2nd of may and our booking was inexplicably cancelled. Highly disappointed. Without prompting received an apologetic email from the owner with a complimentary offer of a free nights stay at the hotel in conjunction with our next booking. Most impressed with customer service- well done
