Terco Maintenance ********

STAY AWAY from Terco Maintenance Consultants (TMC). They claim to be "experts" in a variety of services from electrical to painting, paving, pool renovation etc but they have absolutely no clue. In my experience I had them do pool renovations for me. They made an absolute mess of it. They are so unprofessional. They did not have the proper equipment for the job, they had an uns****ed crew and the site manager was even worse. They used the incorrect products on the pool ending up in the entire pool cracking up and just being a mess. They then proceeded to do a super bad patch job having the pool look like a toddler had played with marbelite in my pool. Obviously me being the customer, raised this with the Owner of the company and demanded that they fix their mistakes. This so called "owner" ended up trying every trick in the book to explain him self out of it all and started blaming us the customer as having to do with his companies poor service. What a joke. Needless to say, they ended up not responding ot our mails and we have since not seen them again or heard back from them and my pool is still not fixed. Let me also add that they did in deed take 70% of the initial cost from me before they started and well, that money is just down the drain.

They are *****s and failures in what they THINK they can do. Stay away from this **** company. If you want pictures of what mess they made let me know. I would gladly show you their "work".
