Emailed Terbodore on a Thursday morning enquiring about their Franschhoek Honey. They emailed back that afternoon advising stock had been loaded on their site. Ordered Thursday late afternoon and it was delivered three days later on Sunday afternoon. Superb product efficiently packed, excellent response times and regular emails on order process.
