Disappointing service in Polokwane

We have a Butchery and Meat Factory in Polokwane We rely on Teraoka to assist with our scales so as to provide a GOOD service to our customers.

We have a challenge with our six scales from time to time... but do you thing we can get help from this company. We have even gone as far as contacting the HO for help....

It seems they dont care about their customer... The Sales Director has not called me back.... The CEO has not called me back.... It seems they don't care... or they need a new receptionist?
