Teralink consultant Zenith is very rude

They have the worst service. I get home an hour before my zoom meeting. All of a sudden my wifi is cut off. I reboot the router. Still nothing Call teralink who is the middle man between myself and smartdat.

She instructs me to reboot. I then do. But it still doesnt work. I was then told that they will contact a technician and get back to me. 10 minutes before my meeting i call to check-as i have mentioned i have an important meeting Zenith-the lady on the phone says shes on hold So i ask her what am i supposed to do now as my work is on the line From Mam-she switches to say “Zintle there is nothing i can do” So i ask her to give me the direct line so i can call them myself She says she will sms it to me And i insist she gives it to me. Goes on to patronise me and tells me its on the statements sent to you every month I still say-my invoice does not have the number. Then she drops the call. Service was very rude and shoddy. Now i have to explain why i missed a work meeting
