Poor service

It is impossible to get them to call back. It is 20 days since ordering and I only receive promises to receive a call. Stay away from this fibre company if you can. I am forced to use them due to the building where I stay, so perhaps that is part of the reason why they just ignore me. Stay away from them - I can just imagine how long it will take to resolve any connectivity calls.
