Teragato Property Development

Teragato Property Development (Fernando da Costa aka Paul Teragato) signed a binding contract to do my home renovations. Despite being paid in accordance with the contract the developer terminated the contract with no reasons provided without completing 40% of the work. He also did not pay the roofing contractor despite promising to pay. Very unreliable builder with poor quality workmanship. I will not recommend this builder as it could lead to a bad experience.
