Teracore contact details required

Does anybody know a way to contact this web design company called Teracore? They are meant to provide a monthly service yet we have stopped receiving that from them even though they still send a monthly bill for services rendered. Any contact details will be appreciated, have tried all options available on their website. It's as if they no longer exist!
