Bad product even worse service

The product was app**** four months ago and since then a new crack or glitch arrives everyday. The owner came to inspect our floors and arrived with unhelpful arrogance. I posted my review on social media and my account was blocked along with my posts being deleted. I am so disappointed in the product and the service. I have never been treated so badly in my life. We paid an absolute fortune for this floor only for it to crack and have bubbles everywhere. He’s very good at selling a good story I’ll just warn you that!
